After having witnessed vampires being fought in Solitude, something happened with my game where I can only talk to guards and people that I'm forced into conversations with for the sake of quests. This happened a good while back in the game and I'm now directly after the point in the Dawnguard content when you're banished from the vampire castle. I've cleaned my files, and have organized my mods properly but I still can't converse with anyone. I can't even buy or sell anything.
