Is anyone else experiencing Solstheim turning green even during the day? Is it just my game or is it supposed to be from the sky above?

It happens to me but just in a certain latitude, in the border between the ash part and the ice one (though it only happens in the ashen part).

I can see a " tingy " hue to the sky line, but I think it's meant to be there. Effects from Red mountain, ash in the air etc...etc...

I find that it is VERY cloudy/dusty on the southern part of the island. I know it is suppose to be this way, but it sometimes gets annoying.
