I was playing on an account which is registered in Malta, and so I would not be able to use xbox live gold. I've just created a new account with region set to the UK, but unfortunately this means that my Red Dead and Hitman saved games are gone (for this profile). Is there a way for me to somehow transfer the saved files from my old profile to my new one?

Of course I could just play on my old profile, but then I'd lose my achievements and what not. And no, I don't want that.
