I am just looking for some advice here. My cat doesn't seem to be eating as much as she usually does. When I pet her if I touch anywhere near the base of her tail (Where the tail connects to the body) she starts going crazy, she will lick or bite any part of me harder than I have ever seen her lick before. The Bite is a normal bite. I also have noticed a decrease in the amount of times she goes number 2, probably due to her eating less. I keep finding her eating parts of my artificial Christmas tree and am wonder if it could be related. I am trying to keep her away from it because I doubt it is good for her to be eating plastic needles.

The artifical tree probably have something to do with it, yes. Take her to a vet just to be sure, though.

Take it to a vet, that's always the best thing to do if your cat isn't acting normal.
