Just made a new modded Skyrim build using Requiem at it's core and....

This is the second modded Skyrim build I've created that I get freezes/ ctds in the Falkreath area. I highly suspect Hearthfires... in both builds when I disable it stability goes up significantly.

Was wondering if someone could comment on Hearthfires stability/ playability with mods... I've read a bit here and there but have come to the conclusion it's a non-starter because of how borked it seems to be.

Am I the only one having these issues or are there people with solid/ stable modded Skyrim builds enjoying Hearthfires?
