Just curious, since i have heard you can encounter werewolves and werebears on the Island, was wondering if there are any vampires to fight.

Nope mostly werebears and werewolves, not a single vampire. not even the random vampire attacks from the dawnguard dlc happen. So if your a vampire your the only on on the island.
