Happened this morning. Not much is absolutely clear right now, but it's known that the gunman is already dead and there are at least 12 children that have been killed.

I just don't understand it. Absolutely heartbreaking.

edit: Death toll is 25 now, and it may increase.

This is horrifying what kind of bastard would aim for unarmed children.
