Every time I enter someplace, a dungeon , house etc. All NPC's are flopping around when I try to move I I fall through the world or get thrusted forward or up and clip right through the map. I re-installed, all drivers up to date, the only mod on is skyui. Any on else seeing this? Windows 8 BTW.

do you have anti-alising off?
Or perhaps you turned of v-synch?

AA on 2x vsync forced off on driver.
