Sorry if this has been posted before...

Is there any way to do the entire DB questline and still destroy it afterwards? I have a good character but need to do the DB missions at some point to get the achievements. Not that destroying it would redeem my evil deeds, but it would at least make me feel better :/

No, there is no way to destroy the DB after you join it.
