I have tried to make myself a werewolf with console commands by adding beast form and the werewolf disease immunity, but the game doesn't recognize me as a werewolf. I still get the rested sleeping bonus, and NPCs don't have the comment about fur coming out of my ears.

What do I do to make myself fully a werewolf, without joining the Companions?
