I am fairly early on in the companions quest line. I was given a Rescue Mission by Vilkas to resue Olfina Grey Mane from Moldering Ruins. Upon going to where the quest marker on my map is I realize shes not there at all because the map for some reason is telling me to go to Silent Moons camp. Regardless I search the entire place and shes not there. Even more odd is when I don't have my map up the marker actually points me to go to Whiterun but when I do that I end up inside Whiterun with a marker showing up that shows she should be standing in a place that I can't possible get to because its out of bounds. I decide to go to Moldering Ruins manually and once I kill all the bad guys the quest updates saying I rescued her and to "talk to her". Absolutely nothing changes at this point. My map still points me to the Silent Moons camp, my in game marker still points me to Whiterun to go to a point that is impossible to reach.

If I recall these missions are supposed to be radiant so aren't these missions supposed to be optional? I try and ask the other companions for work and they say im already on a job and need to finish this. Is it now completely impossible to finish the companions quest line because of this?
