I was doing the Briarheart Necropsy quest(dragonborn)
Examine a Briarheat Warrior, so I though, watch one?
So I took out a shield I took from Glover's Stache and blocked with it, In SECONDS my block went from 36 to 44!
INCREDIBLE!
So if you have an Elven shield with an 25% more block, USE IT ON BRIARHEARTS!


I dont understand why this was moved, It can be accomplished in Vanilla Skyrim!
