AltmerNord Arm Size bug, possibly all races

It would appear there is a bug affecting player arm size/scaling. Essentially, the right arm becomes, for whatever reason, longer and thicker than the left arm. The body itself APPEARED to be fixed when I got Galathil to change my appearance and I dropped the weight, but gloves/clothing on my right arm were almost laughably huge. That character was a High Elf mostly using robes, light armor, and one-handed weapons. I have all DlC installed, and all patches, although this profile itself was not connected to XBL.

It happened again today, to my Nord. This was a separate profile, too, one I had just made, so I KNOW this isn't specific to my save. In this case, it appears my shield arm shrinks radically, and stays that way. First noticed it on this Nord wearing Scaled armor, but it occurred in earlier saves I loaded and does not go away. I had just beaten the Civil War, and earlier tried on Ulfric's clothes, bracers, etc, which may have had some impact here. It's made me incredibly angry, if this is permanent then it's downright gamebreaking for me.

Both Characters are Male. For fear this occurs over time, I won't touch Skyrim on my main profiles that I've invested a lot of time into, but I will take the time tomorrow after school and possibly tonight to see if this occurs with other races. I searched online for a good while for information, but found nothing. If anyone else knows a fix, or has any idea what may be causing this, please let me know. I'd really like Bethesda to take care of this. I'm going to try and become a vampire, see id that fixes it. If not, or if not permanently, I'll go to try and figure out a common denominator, and which races are affected.
