Lydia is missing. Reward of 5,000,000 for her return

She isn't in whiterun and I don't know where shes gone

Fast travel to some place and she will probably appear.

If she went missing in a dungeon, then reload a save from before you lost her, she is not coming back.

If you left her somewhere, then wait 3 game days for her to start walking home, then up to 5 more game days for her to get home. If she does not show up after this, then load a save from before you lost her.
