Brothers… we are broken men and woman. We, who were the strongest and most powerful, are now scattered across Daggerfall with no story, rules or leaders… We have nothing… nothing except hope. A great war is about to start, one that will decide the future of not just Daggerfall but the entire world. The Orcs and Bretons have joined our nation in a plight against the Aldemeri Dominion and Ebonheart Pact. And I as a mere soldier of the former greatest guild in all of Tamriel think it’s time we gather once again. If we stand with our nation we again will become Strength, Power and One.
But first we need leaders… We need you.

Chapter 1:
The word is out and spreading like wild fire. Many have gathered under our banner, but this is only the beginning. We now call upon you Hero to take up the banner of Leader and lead us into the future. Under your banner we will become one.

Welcome to Brutal Affliction, the first community owned guild of the Elder Scrolls Online. This guild strives to become not only the largest guild in Daggerfall but in all of Tamriel… But what exactly is an community owned guild? It means you with all the other guild members will have an actual say in what is happening in the guild through voting and suggestions.
The guild however, like ESO, is revolutionary in concept and design since the entire guild will decide how they want the guild to be. I as the guild master will have very limited input in managing guild affairs. Sometimes even none. But for Chapter one I will have allot of input. I will run the guild through so called chapters. Each chapter will have it’s own main goal that the guild as a whole must achieve. Each member will be able to pick one of four pathways- PVP, PVE, Trade and Crafting. You can advance through the guild ranks by focusing in any of these.
These are some aspects of the guild you can look forward too:
* Unique Quests for each of the guild paths, in which you can gain rank and rewards.
* Community driven Lore ~ Through competitions and other guild events you, with the leaders are creating a story for this guild.
* Apart from guild pathway specific quest the guild will create it’s own Quest line to keep you busy to level 50 and beyond. Not only that but the quests will be made by you!
* Competitions and fortnightly events in which items, ranks, money and many more can be won.
* You will meet great people, friends and even maybe your rival.
* Guild shop which sells items cheap.
So what is the goal of the first chapter? Keep reading…
We are starting this guild from scratch… and like said above, we need leaders. AND YES YOU CAN BECOME A LEADER.
And this is how:
Chapter 1:
There are 50 levels to be gained in ESO. If you reach the max level first in the guild you may apply for one of the 6 seats of Council (Leader ship positions), each representing a aspect of the game and the guild. If you do apply you can choose one of the following. Next to it is it’s purpose and job you will have to do:
PVP Master: Will be in charge of all PVP
PVE Master: Will be in charge of all PVE
Trade Master: WIll be in charge of creating funds for the guild and other masters.
Crafting Master: Will be in charge of all Crafting
Lore Master: Will be in charge of writing and creating Lore and a Story for our guild.
Website Designer: Involves Web design, guild contests, guild events and ALLOT MORE!.
(*Note that the website designer does not need to be max level and may apply for the position prior to release via a personal message. The rank is a reward for the websites design.)
So why would you want to be a leader? Here are some general jobs and perks:
* Creating a leveling system for your guild members.
* Quest and reward creation.
* Organize events.
* You will free access the the guilds vault and items.
This is only the basics for now.
