SKSE and Savegames

Post » Wed Dec 19, 2012 5:05 am

I noticed that each time I save a game, aside from the .ESS file I get a .SKSE file, now even if I know I shouldn't I got the tendency of overwriting some savegames several times, this leaves me with much more .SKSE (one per each time I saved) and much less .ESS (actual saves); instinct tells me I can safely delete the orphan .SKSE but before risking destroying my current playthrough I thought I would ask for a confirmation, even if I risk to ask the obvious, is it safe to delete orphan .SKSE?
