[REQ] Stake Your Claim

Ever since the release, I have cleared a cave, dungeon, ruin or fort and thought to myself...

Hmmm, This would make for a great home base!

I have made additions to areas for personal use and added a few chests and little things. But, after looking over the confirmed areas that are set to "never" respawn. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Category:Skyrim-Places-Safe I became a little more interested.

I recently started a new character and was playing through the MQ, when I cleared... http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Ustengrav. The main chamber, at the start of the ruin is HUGE and would be great to set up for a home base.

While it is easy enough for one to add all of the crafting stations with the CK, there needs to be an additional NPC set to a local tavern to sell you the upgrades. The dialog could be the same for the Stewards. But I am not savvy enough with adding dialog, scripting and what have you.

The various NPCs could be set with initial dialog of the existing steward remarks of...

"If you need furnishings, let me know."

That way they would notify the PC of their placement in the world and the dialog options are triggered upon clearing the local area in question.

Just throwing this out there. There are already tons of player homes, but this could give a more immersive roleplaying experience and the home base comes with efforts that already exists in the game by clearing out the area, as well as having to purchase the individual furnishings.

I would absolutely love this so so so so much! I'd move into Sightless Pit in a damn heartbeat!
