Who is your favourite NPC?

I have a few but the most recent one I came across is the guy you come across in the Thalmor Embassy who hates all the pompus Altmer and rich people and makes a distraction for you by shouting that "All of you are in bed with her" when talking about the Thalmor who hosts the party.
