What is a quest ID?

I want to enter a console command for a quest that always bugs out for me. Every command I want to use asks for but I don't know what to put for the ID. Is it a code or a number? Where do I find it? Please, if you know the answer, give me an example.

The quest ID is typically a weird name name; for example,
Spoiler
MQ302 is Season Unending; FreeformHighHrothgarA is a Word Wall quest given to you by Arngeir; FreeformCaravansA is the quest from Kharjo (of the Dawnstar - Riften Khajiit caravan.)

I'd recommend looking up your quest on uesp and getting its quest id from there. It's easiest. ^^

Let use the very first quest of the game as example. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Unbound

At the top of the section you see "ID: MQ101". This is the ID of the quest.

Scroll to the bottom you can see the stage of the quest.

so If I am on stage 160 (you can sort of identify it base on your quest description and objective). I am bugged and my next stage suppose to be activated. Then I can do SetStage MQ101 200. This will trigger my stage 160 completed and move my quest to stage 200
