Megaserver instances named

Well, you think the different instances will be named or numbered on the megaserver?

I think that a strong core to develop a realm pride is how you can comunicate with other factions on forums and such. Or reading in the general chat that "Player X or guild Y is in this place now!".

If the instances is just a number, it could make players loose some identity to where they belong. Or so I think.
What do you think?

Well.. they've said absolutely minimum UI is important for them, so I doubt intances are numbered or named, because of immersion. Cyrodil probably has same general chat channel during the entire duration of campaign. You dont lose where you belong if thats how you priortize it, you prioritize your guild, you're in same instance with them, or your friends, you're in same instance with your friends.

Also theres somekind of faction bonus on depending how well your faction is doing in Cyrodil. Thats one cool aspect of faction pride.

Aye there will probably be faction pride in other aspects. Just worried that you might loose some of it if you don't really know where you are.

The concept of megaserver is a very cool thing. But I am just afraid that there are pros and cons with it, as with all things.
Maybe I'm a dreamer, but I miss the realmpride that was deveolped in Daoc. Or perhaps realm on server pride. If an alarm went out in chat or on forum, you dropped what you was doing, and went to defend.
If they can make that happen, they have come along way in building a good playerdriven society.
