Okay, so I've been trying to make worldspace using Photoshop - GeoControl2 for 3 days. And I just cant get things to work, I get errors in TESAnnwyn (overflow/underflow - like 1000-2000)
And when I open my plugin in CK mountains are like 1km high and theres lot of glitches. I've literally tryed over 100 different settings and heightmaps. Is something changed how CK / TESAnnwyn / Skyrim handles things?
This is what I do.
First I open L3DT (heightmap generator) and make heightmap NOTE: Also draw handmade ones and some I found over internet. So this program is not the issue.
Now I open my GeoControl2, check the right resolutions, "Protect terrain up to" 64. (tryed another ones aswell) I choose some premade settings and generate. Result is very nice world in GeoControl's perspective. I save as Greyscale 16bit.
Now I open Photoshop, flip the image vertically (TESAnnwyn flips it back) and then I decrease the brightness (150-300%) since Skyrim can handly only 75-100% greyscale (75% grey - 100% black). And I make sure with Eyedropper tool that my whole heightmap is between 75-100% greyscale. Saving as .RAW file settings as "Header 0, IBM PC"
Now I open TESAnnwyn. Lets say this heightmap is 1024x1024, I use this code: TESAnnwyn.exe -i Skyrim -p 1 -b 16 -d 1024x1024 -x -32 -y -32 -h -22192 -w WorldSpaceName test.raw
I have tryed with different resolution heightmaps, different values on "h -22192"
Anyone knows solution?
