At 90% in the CK while loading Skyrim.esm; I recieve this error.

AssertionAssertFile: C:\_Skyrim\Code\TESV\TES Shared\misc\BGSLocalizedString.cppLine: 2860LOCALIZATION: Error opening or reading strings file.

Does anyone have any idea how to correct this issue so I can mod skyrim?

EDIT: Apparently it was an issue with Dawnguard even though I did not try loading Dawnguard. Issue is fixed.
