When I build a house at Heljarchen Hall the arrow for what to do nectar keeps pointing at the drafting table when I am building my house.
Whatever I build, it won't appear. Nothing is visible and the message keeps saying that I should use the drafting table, but I already had used it.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Maybe there is a cheat to go further in the questlline?
I am completely stuck now.


Edit: I thought I solved it.
I needed to do the Falkreath house first. Apparently that's the order Bethesda wants us to work
But when I started building on my house in the Pale the arrow of what to do next kept pointing in the direction of the Drafting Table.
