I'm looking for a mod that removes spell impact effects. Like http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2947/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D2947, except with nothing. I've seen this kind of mod before, but I forgot the name of it.
