Hi, I'm making a bunch of spells and I've thought of one that would be a great addition. Only problem is that I don't know how to script.
Could someone please help me out? Credit will be given if you so desire.

I want this to happen when the npc is hit by the projectile.
I'll try to type it in pseudo code:
When health reaches 25%
Play animation cut hand. (I don't know the name of the animation, can anyone help with that at least?)

If you're wondering, it's a spell that causes suicidal tendencies.
Would that be difficult to write?
Any help is appreaciated.
