- Tiber Spetim was born outside of Skyrim but migrated to Skyrim - like the Dragonborn
- Tiber Septim joined with Cuhlecian to fight the reachmen serving as his champion - The Dragonborn CAN join with Ulfric or Tullius serving as their champion
- Tiber Septim had a great and seemingly impossible victory over the reachmen using the voice and the Nords named him Talos - The dragonborn had a great and seemingly impossible victory over Mirmulnir and absorbed his soul and the nords named him dragonborn
- The greybeards then summoned Talos and told him he would be the one to defeat the elves which he did - The greybeards then summoned the Dragonborn and told him he would be the one to defeat the dragons which he did
- Talos managed to unify Cyrodil - The Dragonborn Mangaged to temporarily negotiate peace in Season Unending
- And the one that I find the most interesting is that Talos slit the throat of his friend Cuhlecian in order to become emperor and that this act was understood to be a necessary evil to save the empire as only Talos himself could bring the empire to glory - The dragonborn has to kill the emperor Titus Mede II who seems to understand that he must die and accepts it presumably because he knows it is for the greater good (remember he also carries a Talos amulet)
- Talos became Emperor - We have heard rumours that a future dlc will decide who will become king of Skyrim, the Dragonborn perhaps?
I just see a lot of parallels in many of the above. Maybe I'm looking into things too much. But assuming that this is in any way true does this mean that a truly Canon Dragonborn would join the Dark Brotherhood?
This does seem like a bit of a trend as Sheogorath/The Cahmpion of Cyrodil (in my opinion) seems to strongly suggest through his words that he himself completed the dark brotherhood quests. I often wonder if the true Canon Dragonborn would finish quests life Boeathiah's questline of the Namira cannibalism questline or would just avoid them.
And by the Canon Dragonborn I mean this guy:-

Any thoughts on this?
