Hi!

So I've been looking all round the big cities with generalstores and such things after gear that fortifies enchanting/smithing.
I've also tried waiting many many hours outside shops (like 100h or so) so the vendors get new items.
And I still haven't found what im looking for. (Thanks to U2 now I now have that song stuck on my head)

Is there a way quicker to get theese items or am i just having some bad luck with the items?
I do have the latest update of skyrim and I dont think i have any mods that would change anything from the vendors. (Like economic mods and such)
