Ok so im WOLS but why do the Empire not have female soldiers? I recall only one female officer.

Before i wiped them out i recall quite a few stormcloak soldiers i encountered were female.

Not really sure. But I think it's worth noting that Tullius' second-in-command is a female - Legate Rikke.

There are definitely other female Imperial soldiers, though. Angeline Morraurd, the alchemist in Solitude, asks the player to find out about her missing daughter - who served as an Imperial soldier in Whiterun Hold.

It's an oversight. There is (nearly) a full set of dialog for female imperial soldiers and guards... but only for the FemaleNord voice type (like Danica Pure-Spring in the Whiterun Temple of Kynareth).
