Script to attach to Primitive to disable it at a Quest Stage

I have a primitive (Collision Plane) that I am using to block a jail cell door until a certain stage of my quest is met.
This prevents a jail cell from being opened by accident during combat in the jail, until a certain quest stage is met (even though it is set closed, locked and requires a key, at least 40% of the time it gets opened in combat between parties in the room).
I would like the collision plane removed at stage 30, but not before.

The quest is DKRRescueRhona
The object has been named DKRBlockCellUntilRescueRhonaStage30.

I am thinking it would be best to set it to the primitive, but if it would be better to create an alias (and set it to that), or set a fragment to the Quest Stage 30 tab, that would be equally welcome.
