Okay I'm more then sure hearthfire made my followers go back to using default bows...when dawnguard came out this was fix by patch and followers would use any bow you gave them...so I download dragonborn everythings fine...just recently I downloaded hearthfire start up game and notice followers stop using upgraded bows..deleting patches or reinstalling DLC does not fix this..
