Is there any way to restore Talos worship so far in the game? I hate Imperials and Stormcloaks but I would like to restore Talos worship. Is this possible at all??

drive out the empire with the stormcloaks and Talos worship is restored. If you visit the temple of the divines in Solitude before the ending of the civil war you'll notice the Talos shrine is gone. Visit it after the civil war with the cloaks winning and it will be returned.

The closest the Game comes to restoring Talos worship is winning the Civil War for the Stormcloaks.
I would like to see Shrines being restored and used by NPC's, but it does not happen

I hate that. I mean I have characters with which I swallow my pride and do the civil war quests with, but I really hate both sides. Imperials and Stormcloaks both just svck, in my opinion, but I hate the Thalmor most of all. I wish there was some way I could drive out the Thalmor and end the conflict that way, without siding with either Imperials or Stomrcloaks.
