One of the neat things about past ES games has been the fact that on occasion you can find fairly valuable items lying around. If you go into a shop or into a barracks, there's a good chance that decent armor and weapons are available for the taking... if you don't mind carrying stolen goods.

Does anyone know if this will be included? I know that MMO's are big on making you "work" for every item that you have, so they may not like the ES approach of letting you steal things. Does anyone know if random items will be lying around?
