yeah, as ive said before on the other forums i frequent (all of which are not as active qas this one) i need help here, i don't mean to spam, i really don't mean to, but i need advice on where to go next, i tried installing new vegas at my father's place,(he has no internet)but it wanted me to install Steam, so i get back to my mom's house, finish installing steam, and i got it working, the question now is, how do i install nrw vegas, and can i put steam in offline mode and finish the installation at my fathers house?

If you want to install New Vegas on your father's computer, you must have Steam on your father's computer.

I do have steam, and it is my laptop.
