So I recently found a website (which I will link below) that sells The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for a little over $20 for PC. But I'm kinda weary because it says when you first install it, you need a Russian IP (VPN). Is it okay? Someone mind explaining why I would need to do that?

Go buy it from a trusted retailer, from Steam, but don't con yourself on a supposedly cheap offer that turns out to be something that'll ruin your computer.

Not Steam or on disk: 99% fake.
