Ok, I've been having this problem with this quest for a while now, hopefully someone can help.

The quest for some reason just bugged out and was stuck on the 'Kill Target' part of the quest. I couldn't locate this person like you would normally (it should have the arrow above their head right), so I couldn't complete the contract.

I've tried using the console with commands such as 'setstage' and 'resetquest' using the quest ID that i found on the wiki. But now I can't seem to get that working either (nothing happens after I submit the query).

So now the quests itself is in the completed section, but a new quest isn't available, so the so called 'never ending' quest has technically ended.

I just want to get the quest going again, any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible for you to reload prior to taking the quest?

It's so long ago I probably wouldn't be able to find it :/ (hours upon hours of game time have passed).

Hopefully a PC user can come in, otherwise I can offer no useful help.
