CTD with Dawnguard and Hearthfire : V

So after purchasing Dawnguard and Hearthfire today, I keep getting CTDs all over the place. I can't play at all. My oldest saves won't even load up, while brand-new savegames can (sometimes) go 5-10 minutes before they CTD. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when it crashes on me.

I've updated all the mods that I know need dawnguard updates, but no cigar. I'm sure I'm missing something.

So is something in there that's not compatible with the expansions? Any help would be great, not that there's much to go on -- it's driving me insane. If nothing sticks out to anyone, I guess I'll spend my night going old-school and disabling things until I figure out where the problem is. :confused:
