What exact settings should I use to get Xbox 360 graphics on

I recently got Skyrim for PC because I am planning on buying a gaming PC in the not-so-distant future. Until I can afford a new PC, however, I am stuck with only my 2010 Macbook Pro and a Bootcamp partition for Windows 7.

I am currently able to play the game well enough, and have already installed all the mods I want. Funny enough, I even installed the Skyrim HD texture pack and am able to get 15-20 FPS fairly regularly after a lot of texture compressing and optimization on my end.

However, I still get random CTDs and lag-spikes every once in a while, and I feel like I could lower some of my graphical settings in order to increase FPS and decrease CTDs.

To the Point
So, long story short, what I am looking for are the exact settings I should use to get Xbox 360-equivalent graphics on my laptop. I'm pretty well versed with the Skyrim Launcher's "Options" and am able to edit INI files, so don't be afraid to give me a technical, in-depth answer.

My biggest problem is trying to fix the distant (and not-so-distant) graphics, as I constantly see a lot of empty, barrent mountainsides or open-areas if I get to a high or open vantage point, with a lot of trees, rocks, buildings, and really every other texture being either extremely ugly or non-existant. As I have the game on Xbox 360, I know that none of this was a problem, but I don't know what settings I should use to eliminate these medium and long-distance eye sores.

Can anyone help me out?
