I'd like to see a stronger emphasis on alchemy and potion-making with a focus on finding the propper herbs and other reagents. I'd like to see phases of the moons factor into some of the more tricky ones. I'd like to see the mechanics of potion making involve grinding, crushing, squeezing, boiling, drying, etc as part of the process. Even with some potentially dangerous effects if certain steps are done out of order. For example, if you grind up a reagent into a powder and pour it into another potion, it will explode, but if you pour the potion into a paste made from the powder and some water, it won't.
Stronger versions of potions should come from using the weaker version in conjunction with different reagents, or the same reagents except that to make a greater potion of healing, instead of mixing with water, you mix the reagents with a lesser potion of healing, resulting in a much more potent blend.
I'd really like to see potion making involve more than just putting this, this and this in the interface and clicking "make potion"
