I got around 40 esp
the only armor mods I wear
right now are ritual armor of boethia
I have the black sacrament armor pieces for crafting
I'm a vampire with better vamps mod
but I really don't know how this happen

Probably a missing or conflicted mesh. If it were a missing texture the model would show but the textures would be distorted/pink and/or white. Are you running any mods that alter the characters appearance?

no
& none of the mods I have did not have to erase any files from the others
the only ones that did were immersive armors & weapons but I don't see how that is a problem
so I don't believe there are any conflicts

I recommend going through each and every single mod of yours, uncheck one esp at a time, and start the game to see if that particular mod is the problem. That's typically how I troubleshoot something.

Probably a missing eye/hair/body mesh, something to do with character customization ect. Did you recently install a new mod that changes the body mesh/color/shape ect? Could have caused a confliction with another mod which is similar.

List all your mods

I agree. I posted about conflicting textures. I meant mesh.

None the less, one needs to uninstall them to narrow down the issue. I start with the most probable and work from that.

The OP needs to list the load order.

My first guess would be the Vamp mod.

Sounds like this mod might've edited the vampire face textures and then wearing some sort of helmet from another mod may've created the issue and messed your head.

well I cured my vampirism
then went to the face sculptor
& my face reappeared
I turned back to a vampire
put on my usual armor sets
& every thing seems to be working fine

Good idea.

1. Go to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Shroud_Hearth_Barrow in the Rift.
2. Take those potions that turn you into a ghost.
3. Find a copy of the Headless Horseman's armour.
4. Get on a horse.
5. Find the chap...
