I bet this has been raised before but I did a search and couldn't see anything - I have a high level mage but when she casts lightning cloak it does 8 damage per second - even though she's got two perks in augmented shock magic so it should be 12 per second. When wearing the new mask in the DLC that makes shock magic do 25% more damage she does... wait for it... 8 per second. This has been an issue since the beginning - why hasn't it been fixed yet? Does Bethesda really hate mages?
