How do you actually rate this DLC?

in a 1 to 10 rating,
how do you rate the dragonborn DLC? I've not yet bought it, since I was really disappointed by the dragon mounting system and by the spears treated as bigger arrows. I'm trying to consider the new dlc under different points of view, so I'd like to know about the experience of people who have already entered the story and the new map.
Is it worth buying? Should I pass and leave it to the bethesda servers?

I give it a 9, but I urge you to look at details and come to your own conclusion rather than the council of people from the Internet...ESPECIALLY US. Or any forum. No good ever comes of it.

thank you for the advice, I'll take it in consideration. It is a hard choice what to do, because till now Skyrim has been the best game ever for me.
With those 2 terrible choices, in my opinion bethesda has tricked me heavily, and actually I can't evaluate objectively the new dlc, Im afraid it ruins the rest of the Skyrim experience.

I don't care about spears or dragon riding, so no disappointments for me. Loved the story, new weapons and armor, exotic landmass to explore, and the Morrowind nostalgia.

Definitely worth your time and money.
