Basically I want to know if it is possible to get both the vampire side Ring of the Erudite (+100 magicka +2 magicka regen) and the higher level Restoration damage spells (stendar's aura and vampire bane) without console commands

Or is there some other ring that adds as good of a bonus to magicka that im not finding on uespwiki?

if youre following the vampire side then while doing the quest to destroy the dawnguard, use Calm or that other calm spell on Sorine Jurard and talk to her.. you should be able to buy them.
