Hey guys, was wondering if there was a way to change your face on the PC as a vampire lord... I know the surgery requires you not be a vampire... but I tried console command showracemenu as well and it isnt saving the changes made to the face, only changes in hair color... not even hair style...

Any easy ways to lose vampirism and get it again or any other tricks to change the face? I wish to better match my new wife, Jordis the sword-maiden, it was a beautiful ceremony, you should have been there
