If you cure yourself of Vampirism, Being a vampire lord. And go to the face-changer, can you get the vampirism back? I'm on xbox, so no mods or console commands.

Yes you can get Vampirism back.

u can immediately go back to harkon and hell give it to u if ur not doen with the main dg quest yet, just found out a few hours ago
