Hey.... I am a high elf and am looking for or to smith an enchanted Elvin sword. Can someone help with the best way I can achieve or find this?

The easiest way is to buy the ore or sword. Mzulft has 7 veins, but you have to do the College quest to get in there and you have to deal with Falmer and Chaurus. Soljund's Sinkhole has 5 veins, 3 ores and 2 ingots, but you have to deal with high level draugr. This should help. Moonstone can be a pain to get. Probably the easiest way to get elven swords is to kill Thalmor. Raid Northwatch Keep, in your late teens early 20s to get elven weapons. Too early and you get steel, too late and you get glass.

At Northwatch keep I got both glass and elven at Level 50. Elven is easy to find.

And don't forget that, for elven weapons, you need quicksilver together with moonstone...
