Fix the gameplay svckiness please (console)

Hey there, just finished my first play through of dishonored yesterday (low chaos) on the xbox 360 and I've noticed some glaring gameplay flaws, and others not so glaring. Bear in mind I haven't explored all gameplay in the game ie. high chaos style combat system.

Main.

Blinking requires perfect aim. If you're even 0.0002 degrees off you don't get up onto the ledge. I've had moments where I've been caught by guards, looked to a rooftop to flee, and then literally missed liked 4 blinks in a row trying to escape onto the rooftops but instead I'm stabbed/shot to death. It's kinda the same story with choking someone from behind. I've had annoying moments when I've snuck up behind some one on patrol and "missed" choking them from behind multiple times. Take a page outta halo's book and add in aim assist for blinking, (even melee/lunging someone from behind in halo has aim assist so there's a potential fix for choking). In fact I might even extend this criticism to aiming while scoped.

Kneeling movement is waaay too slow even with agility upgrades. It's so slow sneaking up behind guards on patrol, and it's especially detrimental when there are alot of guards around. Every second you spend out of hiding and sneaking behind/choking guards is precious since risk of other patrols spotting you is very real. Either buff speed or allow a sort of weaker sprint while kneeling OR buff spirit capacity/blink in someway. And yes I understand you can buy stealth boots and run but that makes you very easy to see and alarm guards.

Minorish.

The peeking mechanic is awful. It's slow, cumbersome and doesn't do what I want. You guys should play fear 3 and study the fluidness of the peeking mechanic behind cover. Dishonored peeking mechanic is just stiff and I hate "wrestling" with it. I think you should either remove peaking/polish it more or buff dark vision by extending it's range.

Dark vision turns itself off? Huh? Nothing more lame then studying enemy patrols with vision and then suddenly it stops and I lose track of where they're going. Yes you can just turn it back on, but it is annoying.

Shop dialogue. Seriously, it drives me NUTS when I am forced to listen to recycled 5 second dialogue before I have to shop. It's cool at first when you start out playing the game, it's novel, it's new, but when you're used to the game and just wanna buy/upgrade stuff for specific strats on missions, its just tedious after the 100th time. Give us a skip option.

And while we're at it, let us skip the boat rides at the beginning of missions. That also gets old quickly. (no offense)

Climbing chains is clumsily designed. Very frustrating when you want to climb up, look at a ledge to jump of and then you start climbing down? This needs work.

Climbing up/over/blinking to ledges makes sound? WTF? (maybe it was just a glitch so I'll give the benefit of a doubt, but would still like confirmation on this)

In final, I am NOT saying Dishonored is an awful game, (especially considering that fact that I haven't done a high chaos play through yet) it's not, in fact I'd say it's one of the best games I've played all year. All I'm doing is just pointing out some problems that hindered my experience, and I think many other players feel the same way too.
