Raven Rock guards suggests to 'get out'?

He said "dont Squat in abandoned buildings, go to the cornerclub" does he mean the New Gnisis Cornerclub?

Dunmer tavern's are called Cornerclubs, he was probably refering to the cornerclub in Raven Rock :P
