I honestly agree with the open world PVP in cyro, i mean the area is huge and it would be awesome to use terrain choke points to ambush factions and what not. But there are two things i would like to see implemented.
1. Allow me to close talk to the other faction, not only can we better organize fights between guilds. But it builds on the competitiveness each faction has to have with one another. And i i hear this world thrown around a lot on these forums '' Immersion'' in my opinion this KILLS immersion. I never fought in a war where i can't speak to my enemy.

2. And lastly, i would like for my enemies to drop something with their names on it. Whether it be there hand, or head, or scalp something i can mount on my wall after i have a arch enemy in the battle field and show off how i executed this guy.

Everything else in PVP looks really promising for MMOs in general. Finally maybe just maybe we might do PVP right.

#1 I seriously doubt we can chat across factions. Mainly to prevent harassment. However, there may be an area chat, that only people close to you can read. Though, it may be tough to organize events, because cyrodiil is going to just be erupting with battle. One event can't really control the whole server and keep them from disrupting it.

#2 I don't want trophies of our kills. All it does is add [censored] status. Anyone can get the drop on anyone else, so the trophy is meaningless. Just because you killed a guy 1 time, doesn't mean anything against the fact that you died 100 times trying to get him once for the prestige of showing off his trophy.
