A very serious topic you must know about.

I will warn you this topic will get serious, very very serious. There will be no shame if you turn back from the seriousness that is this topic.

The serious topic is the rising of extreme potato chip favors. Back in the 80s the salt and vinegar was considered "extreme". In the 90s it was the "sour cream and onion" or the "cheddar cheese". Now chips are up to an extreme level some consider dangerous, favors like "prime rib BBQ" or "chicken wings" Just this morning I found this in my sons lunch box: http://www.ipicit.net/picit/1357146884.4228.iPicit.jpg a loaded bag of "extreme" chips. I do not know his goals and I'm interrogating him now.

What is your view on this? Do you support "extreme chip bans" or freedom of eats. please discuss.

I don't follow.

What are "extreme" potato chip flavors?

I considered http://www.productwiki.com/upload/images/doritos_guacamole.jpg to be ridiculous, but not extreme.

I thought "Dill pickle" was extreme myself but I don't think they should be banned? Someone will eat them and loaded bacon and cheddar chips sounds good to me.

have you not noticed all the new and some say "dangerous" potato chip flavors? like prime rib BBQ or spicy chicken wings? big time potato chip brands have been exercising more focus on extremity and less precaution for safety. you can buy them over the counter with no waiting do you know the number of deaths from "extreme" potato chips has doubled in the last two years?

If you end up confiscating those chips from your son, send them my way. I'll do science and stuff to them.

Regarding bans: extreme potato chips are a privilege like any other. Responsible advlts should have access to them, so long as they prove themselves to be mature enough to handle the extreme nature of these potato chips.

I am testing them currently.......they are dangerously tasty. Also I have no son, that was a metaphor.

I'm perturbed at the increasing tendency to call them "chips" in the UK, especially the boutique varieties. They're crisps dammit, chips are the lumpy bits of deep-fried potato you get accompanying a chunk of battered cod after a night out getting trousered!

I only have two things to say about potato snacks:
1) Green Pringles is master race Pringles.
2) Potato chips with onion and cheese flavour is delicious.
