I started a new game and finished the quest dragon rising - I cant buy the house in whiterun from Proventus Avenicci and Lydia does not give her normal dialogue - she instead only quotes the throw voice shout - i.e. she says stuff like "hey melon head" and "hey skeever butt" lol. My old playthrough does not have this issue - any ideas on how to fix it. I have gone as far as too uninstall/reinstall Skyrim and try it without Dawnguard/Hearthfire DLC's and no mods running and I'm still having the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.
